The Body Positivity Toolkit (Tips & Tricks from our Podcast):

  1. Take time off social media, and normalise it with yourself so it’s guilt-free and therapeutic

  2. Restrict screen time settings for social media apps to prevent scrolling for long periods of time

  3. Follow body positive accounts on social media

  4. Unfollow accounts that make you feel unhappy, or you compare yourself to often

  5. Practice self-care, and look after your body by being healthy to practice self-love

  6. Challenge negative thoughts about your body when comparing to other people: Do I know them? Is this a real reflection of what they look like? Would I want to look the same as somebody else? Does my body allow me to live the way I do?
